The request tool

The request tool uses your entries in your browser to create a text file on your device or pass them to your email application as a draft you can review and send. The website does not itself transmit an inquiry to the practice or save entries in browser storage. The downloaded file can be read by anyone who has access to it. Keep it secure or delete it when no longer needed.

Hosting and email

The website adds no analytics, advertising trackers, embedded third-party fonts, payment forms or file uploads. Hosting, sign-in and network providers may process technical request information, IP addresses, logs or necessary cookies. Their policies apply to those services.

The business email links and email-draft tool open your email application addressed to jmerchlinsky@merchlinskyp.onice.io. You choose whether to send. Sending uses your email provider and the business email system. It is not a secure client portal.

When you contact the practice

Provide minimum information for screening and a safe reply method. Do not send confidential evidence or highly sensitive details through an initial inquiry. An inquiry is not acceptance. Whether mediation privilege applies depends on the law and circumstances; qualifying mediation may begin at initial contact.

Engaged services

Before accepting sensitive records, the practice must confirm secure delivery, authorized recipients, retention periods and the service privacy notice. The signed engagement and applicable law govern confidentiality. No absolute security or secrecy is promised.
