Professional support

More order.
Clear attorney oversight.

Project support for attorneys and law firms, with a defined scope, budget and review process.

Support for licensed attorneys

  • Document review, indexing and records organization
  • Factual chronologies and case summaries
  • Attorney-directed legal and factual research
  • Discovery organization and exhibit preparation
  • Drafting and formatting under counsel’s instructions
  • Hearing and trial preparation materials

The supervising attorney directs and reviews legal work and retains responsibility for advice, strategy, deadlines, filings and external use. No independent legal representation is offered by this practice.

From inquiry to delivery

Provide party names for conflicts screening, then define the deliverable, sources, due date and supervising lawyer. A signed agreement and work order establish fees, a budget cap if agreed, approved systems and handoff instructions.

All service tracks are checked for conflicts. As a practice policy, we decline side-specific support in the same or substantially related dispute previously mediated here.

Limited assistance for individuals

Clerical help within clear limits.

Copying, scanning, indexing and exact transcription of your supplied text may be available. You select the document and its substantive content independently.

We do not choose legal forms, recommend claims or defenses, interpret documents or laws, calculate legal deadlines, negotiate legal rights or represent you. A request requiring legal judgment must go to a licensed attorney.
